If I asked you who are you? Would you be able to answer me in a short sentence?

In my experience, you would not. And it gets more difficult if I ask you to take your roles and responsibilities away. At the end of the day, they do not define who you are at the core of your soul.

Having a deeper level of clarity on your core essence is incredibly important. Not only for your personal brand and presence but for your personal life.

This very important step is key to stepping up your presence and influence.

It makes decisions in life easier and it also changes the goals you set for yourself. For me personally, once I went from not having a clue about who I was to having clarity, everything changed. I left my career as an engineer, my personal relationships completely transformed and I found that little fire in my belly again.

I truly find this process of reconnecting to your essence a life-changing one.

In episode 5 of #amplify I am sharing some simple tips that will help you find the answer to this important question.

You can listen to the new episode on Spotify, Google podcast or Apple Podcast.  Or you can also watch them on YouTube
